1. Enter the Gross Monthly Income.

2. Enter the Ammortization Period in years. (eg 25 yrs)

3. Enter the Interest Rate.

4. Enter the Down Payment.

5. Enter the Monthly Housing Expenses. These include property taxes (150-250), insurance (80-90), heat (300), hydro (100), etc.

6. Enter the Other Monthly Expenses. These include car loans, credit card payments, etc.
